The RV roof repair finally started going our way! The Progressive guy communicated with the service guy and the RV was ready to look at when he arrived. The damage was obvious, so a new roof was approved and ordered, and the service department started ripping off the old one while they waited for the materials for the new one to come in. When we asked them to add a new MaxxAir fan in our bedroom, the service tech asked if we’d like him to also add a used one to our bathroom for fre-e-e-e. We said sure! They got the job done within four days, working over the weekend so we could pick it up on Monday. We found two small issues when we walked through before leaving the lot, and they fixed both within an hour (they had not replaced one of the cracked vents and our office slide-out had to be reset since it was getting stuck when trying to slide out).

We decided to stay nearby for the first night, at Falcon Meadow RV Campground, to continue to check things out, since it’s not uncommon for them to break something else while fixing something. Fortunately, we did not find any other issues. We DID, however, remember that our bikes were still in the Schott’s garage, so after setting up, we drove back to Monument to pick them up. <sigh> At least we were still nearby!
